Services We Do Not Provide:

  • Product Sales: We focus solely on delivering high-quality support services and do not engage in the sale of products, medical equipment, or assistive technology.
  • Medical or Clinical Services: We are not a medical provider and do not offer diagnosis, treatment, or clinical services typically provided by doctors, nurses, or allied health professionals.
  • Financial or Legal Advice: While we can assist with navigating funding options (like NDIS), we do not provide formal financial planning or legal advice.
  • Emergency or Crisis Services: We are not an emergency response service. In case of emergencies, we encourage contacting emergency services (000) or crisis support hotlines.
  • Accommodation or Housing Sales: We do not sell or lease properties, but can assist in connecting participants with supported accommodation living- SIL.
  • Transportation as a Standalone Service: Transportation is provided as part of a comprehensive support plan, rather than as an isolated or taxi-like service.
